Arrival in Leh — Rest & Acclimatization (3524m)

Arrive Leh Airport. Transfer to hotel. Complete rest for altitude acclimatization — this is CRITICAL for your health and safety. Do not exert yourself. Light walk to Leh Market in the evening if feeling well. Overnight hotel in Leh.

Leh Local Sightseeing

After acclimatization, visit Hall of Fame (Indian Army museum), Magnetic Hill, Gurudwara Pathar Sahib, and Sangam — the confluence of Indus and Zanskar rivers. Afternoon: Leh Palace (13th century), Shanti Stupa, and Leh Market. Overnight hotel.

Leh to Nubra Valley via Khardung La Pass

Drive via Khardung La Pass (5359m / 17,582 ft) — the world's highest motorable road. Arrive Nubra Valley. Visit Diskit Monastery (largest in Nubra) and the 32-meter Buddha statue. Evening: camel safari on Hunder sand dunes with double-hump Bactrian camels (own cost). Overnight camp/hotel in Nubra.

Nubra Valley — Turtuk Village & Local Exploration

Visit the remote Turtuk Village — India's last village before the Pakistan border. Experience authentic Balti culture, apricot orchards, and traditional stone architecture. Visit Sumur Monastery. Return to Nubra for overnight camp.

Nubra Valley to Pangong Lake (160 km)

Drive from Nubra to the iconic Pangong Tso Lake (4350m) through stunning mountain landscapes. Arrive at Pangong by evening. Witness the magical, ever-changing blue colors of the lake. Campfire dinner. Overnight camp at Pangong Lake.

Pangong Lake to Leh via Chang La Pass

Early morning photography at Pangong sunrise. Drive back to Leh via Chang La Pass (5360m — third highest motorable road). Arrive Leh afternoon. Free time for shopping: Thangka paintings, prayer flags, turquoise jewelry. Overnight hotel.

Leh Departure

After breakfast, transfer to Leh Airport. Fly back carrying memories of the most epic adventure of your life! Tour ends.
